Just give them a chance

It is so funny how many companies out there want experienced workers but fail to realize or acknowledge that the experience they are looking for was gotten because some other people chose to invest in these inexperienced employees at one point. They want readymade products instead of investing in their own workers and building them up. You enter an office to apply for a job and immediately they realize you don't have enough experience in the said job, nobody looks at your documents.

Nobody wants to give you a chance whatsoever to show them the great asset you can become to the company. It is really sad to see the number of young graduates and people with great promise out there just looking for a chance to prove themselves or for someone to invest in them. It is pretty sad but what can they do? How can they show case what they can do if no one will look their way? Then comes the big decision to work as a volunteer to gain the so much wanted experience. Then comes another sad thing with some organizations and volunteer workers.

Some organizations fail to consider the fact that volunteer workers still have to support themselves and bills to pay too. Some companies and organizations barely reward volunreers with what is worth their transportation cost to work every day and you begin to ask yourself how are will these volunteer workers be able to survive the long days as a volunteer before getting a real paid job? Well, I think on these things and it really worries me though. Life and its so many hurdles I guess.
