My Actifit Report Card: May 1 2021
Today was an active one I must say with lots of walking. Visited the grocery store and in doing so had to walk for like 30 minutes. Then, had to visit someone and walked for about 15 minutes to get to the bus stop. Additionally, I have literally been very active and on my feet through out the day.
