Roses - In Progress

Hello, everyone! :)

This is my first ever attempt at drawing flowers and to be honest I wonder why I haven't done it sooner! It is very therapeutic and kept me at it for some time. So this is the progress that I managed to do today in one sitting for around 2h, which includes putting down the sketch underneath. Lately I am really enjoying watercoloring! I am really considering in investing into a professional set like the Winsor & Newton one, because the one that I am working with is just a cheap student drug brand that I bought from my local store for around 2 EUR.

Haha, also in the spirit of artsy people I took a pic of my work station and found out it looks quite sad. I should really think of getting a nice space for my drawing, but in my current living place sadly there is just no space :( Sorry about the lightening, since it was getting dark had to turn on my side lamp aand.. it totally washed out the colors.

In any case hopefully I will be getting the full drawing down by tomorrow and will be posting. So until then! :)
