Benefits of eating avocado leaves

The avocado leaf contains anthelmintic properties and thanks to them, when we consume it, we give our body the opportunity to expel parasites or intestinal worms. It should be noted that, to achieve this effect we must eat 3 leaves and do our best to chew them as much as possible.
Relieves cold
