Is The Menstrual Cycle Unnatural?
Are women supposed to be having menstrual cycles?
I stumbled upon a video from a guy named Yada. His claims are that meat, starch and dairy are the causes for menstruation.
He claims to have done research and has found that the menstrual cycle was originally studied in Europe and this is when they said it was natural.
He talks about studying women in India whom have never had there menstrual cycle but have given birth to children. He mentions another tribe who's women even have children at 70 and 80 years of age.
He claims it's toxins in the body caused by meat, starch and dairy which cause the menstrual cycle. "Yada" states that there is no documented proof that animals in the wild have menstrual cycles only our domesticated animals do.
Personally I feel that he's right and the toxic foods which humans consume has created this. If you have more time then I suggest watching "Yada's"
