My first AI - Jelly Blocks (Android, link in description) - First Post
First post, upvote :)
I am glad to say that this is my first post and I need your help to grow ! Thank you so much !
About me
I'm Andrew , I'm almost 20 and I study computer science, being in the first year of faculty. I like to code and to play and test games. This is why like 2 years ago I started to learn Unity. I was fascinated by the idea of creating a game. I spent many nights following tutorials on YT and after a lot of fails and debugging I am proud to say that this game (which I'm going to present later on the post) is a piece of art.
Description
I would like to introduce you a new game that I released which is called Jelly Blocks.
This is a simple game played on a board but it requires a lot of strategy. Players take turns in marking squares on a grid. The first player unable to move loses. The game can be played single or multi player and it is pretty fun.
Technical information
- I am glad to say that I am the only developer of this game. It was created using the Unity 5 game engine and written in C#.
- About 1500 lines of code
- One week of coding/debugging/polishing and of course, not sleeping :)
- The interesting thing about this game is that it uses a very intelligent AI. This AI is using Monte Carlo Tree Search algorithm to analyze the game and find a strategy to win.
