Dunia itu luas dan sekaligus sempit
Luas karena memang daratan dan lautan terbentang luas dan jumlah manusianya milyaran. Tapi sempit kerena yang kamu temui itu-itu saja.
Tuhan sudah mengariskan dengan siapa saja kamu akan bertemu.
Entah menetap atau hanya jumpa sekilas.
Entah memberimu kehangatan kasih dan sayang,
atau mengajarimu pengampunan.
Entah mendorongmu jatuh tersungkur,
atau menarikmu bangkit lantas merangkul.
Setidaknya, kamu hanya perlu memahami.
Bahwa, setiap manusia yang kamu temui sedang memberimu pelajaran hidup yang berharga.
Mereka juga sedang dalam pergolakan dalam perjuangan untuk melanjutkan hidup,
seperti kamu yang berusaha tetap bernapas dalam keadaan dunia yang redup sekalipun.
