Strange When That Happens

I always find it strange when I draw it can either be difficult or fluid and easy. Below is a photo of a drawing I did that came right out of my hand, with little to no effort. I've been wanting to do something with this in Adobe Illustrator, but haven't been quiet enough to devote my time and energy.
