Healthier Weight 2020 #2
This is my second post for my personal goal for 2020. Just a reminder of my own achievements or lost, hopefully it could also inspire other to achieve their goals this year.
Aiming for the best I can and it is a must. (Hopefully)
First meal of the day, I eat fried noodles with two slices of chicken and a glass of green tea.
I forgot to take the picture though.
For lunch,
It's butterscotch bread with a glass of atomy coffee.
A stair climb until the fourth floor only for today 😅. Well, the rest is using elevator 😅.
And going downstairs from level 10.
I weight myself this morning before breakfast and it's currently...
96 kg.
According to BMI calculations I fall under the category of overweight.
As of today...
I only manage to reach around 6 000 steps.
