Watermelon Strawberry Smoothie

I never throw fruit away, if it is getting too ripe I freeze it.  So I had some watermelon that I froze after the 4th of July to put in my morning smoothie.  If you are making this as a meal replacement then you should add the protein powder.

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups frozen watermelon
  • 1 cup unsweet coconut milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.  Enjoy!
