My sharpest knife, just not where I want to be using a Santoku chopping instead of a traditional european chefs knife rocking. Also my Dalstrong is close in sharpness but more of an eye catcher with the hamered steel and damascus layers.
Believe it or not, this is an almost $300 wetstone and totally worth it. It actually sharpens much better than any stone I have ever had.
