Diabetes is a very dangerous disease. Not only adults who develop the disease, even children are also many who suffer from this disease. That's because the amount of food that uses artificial sweeteners or excessive sugar. Kids love sweet food, but do you know the dangers of foods that contain lots of sugar ?


Today, @HealthWizard will discuss how to treat diabetes using natural ingredients.

Natural ingredients that you can use to treat diabetes :

  • Ginger

You can drink boiled water ginger (mashed first before the boiled) as much as 2 times a day to control blood sugar levels, it is because ginger can help the performance of insulin hormone. Ginger also can increase the absorption of sugar in the blood to the muscles.

  • String bean

String bean are also very useful to treat diabetes, it's because string bean can increase the production of insulin in our body. You can drink boiled String bean in the morning and at night, or you also can eat them raw, or you can make a juice from string bean (without sugar).

  • Aloe Vera

The content of aloin, aleonin, aleosin, and barbaloin contained in Aloe Vera can lower blood sugar levels. Aloe Vera can repair damages that occur in pancreatic beta cells that function as insulin-producing.

Ingredients : 2 Aloe Vera, 3 glasses of water

Steps : Wash off Aloe Vera, then discard the prick, cut pieces. after that boiled pieces of Aloe Vera with water that has been prepared, wait until boiling then turn off and strain.
Drink 3 times a day (1/2 cup).

  • Garlic

Garlic is rich in protein, vitamin A, B-1 and C, and some important minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron and selenium and essential amino acids. Garlic also contains propyl disulfide, allyl cysteine, and sulfoxide that can increase the sensitivity of insulin levels in the blood. Garlic can also prevent diabetes complications.

  • Blueberry

Blueberries contain lots of fiber that can control fat and regulate blood sugar levels. Blueberries can provide nutrition and energy in diabetics. Blueberries can help improve the glucose metabolism system, it causes high blood sugar levels to decrease, it is due to successfully processed into energy by the glucose metabolism system.



Diabetes is not only caused by excessive consumption of sugar, many other factors that cause this disease, such as heredity, obesity, smoking, lack of exercise, and unhealthy lifestyles. Therefore, we must keep our body from being attacked by this disease.

Diabetes is also a deficiency in two major minerals: chromium and vanadium, which are conduits to open the cell wall allowing insulting to enter and bring in sugar.
People who have been supplementing with the proper mineralization (70-102 minerals), have reversed many conditions. My two cents.

True, sugar is a huge problem. But what many people don't realise, I think, is that carbohydrates are experienced by our body in much the same way as sugar. Because once carbs are processed by our digestive system, they cause the same peaks in our blood sugar level and are also a big risk for developing diabetes. So be careful of your sugar intake and also your carbs!! And thanks @healthwizard for sharing important information!

Sugar, A main reason for getting fat quickly. This is very delicious but have very dangerous effects. It put the level of cholesterol in the body,high.
