My nose is Clogged

I often had a stuffy nose at bedtime at night. It bothered me so much, I did not like it, I got nervous, it was hard to breathe. Often the occurrence of nasal congestion occurs along with flu or cold, which causes our nostrils to clog up by the mucus caused by the flu.

Causes of nasal congestion :
- Cold sickness.
- Low humidity levels resulting in swelling or irritation.

- Allergic to something, like bedding material, pillow, blanket, mattress.
- The reaction from the overwhelmed immune to overcome the fungus attacks in the air.
How to cope with the nasal congestion at bedtime :
- Shower with warm water
Warm bath can help overcome your stuffy nose. Steam from warm water can penetrate the nose and relieve it.
- Consume mineral water
Keeping your body hydrated at all times and fresh is very important. It can relieve irritated nasal passages and prevent sinus blockage. You can drink warm water to remove toxins from the body and cure the nasal congestion.
- Head Position During Sleep
Elevate the head by supporting it with an extra pillow. This will allow the mucus that gets stuck in a stuffy nose to get out. This method is also quite effective not to make your sleep time disturbed because of difficulty breathing.
- Drink Lime Juice Warm
One way to deal with nasal congestion is to drink warm lemon juice. This healthy drink also helps you keep your immune, you can add a little honey into it.
