A very dangerous disease

Why is cholesterol a dangerous disease? That's because cholesterol can cause disease complications, such as heart attacks, hypertension, diabetes, stroke, and much more. Now I'm not worried anymore, because a lot of natural ingredients that I can use to treat this very dangerous cholesterol disease.

Natural ingredients that can overcome cholesterol :
- Dark chocolate
Consuming 2 pieces of dark chocolate every day can reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke. That's because dark chocolate contains high antioxidants and contains flavonoids. Dark chocolate also can reduce bad cholesterol and increase good cholesterol in the blood.
- Cabbage
Cabbage is rich in water, protein, fat, fiber, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, beta-carotene. In addition, cabbage also contains sulforafan compounds, iberin, sianohidroksibutena which stimulates the formation of glutathione.
Steps : Prepare 1 fresh cabbage, wash the cabbage until clean, then cut into pieces, then make juice by adding a little water. Drink cabbage juice daily to lower bad cholesterol levels in your blood.
- Avocado
Avocados can also lower bad cholesterol levels in your body with vitamin K, B6, B1, E, C, potassium, pantothenic acid, niacin, magnesium, glutathione and folic acid. You can overcome cholesterol by eating avocado juice every morning, or you also can consume it as a salad.
- Broccoli
Broccoli contains very high fiber that can make you full quickly, it is very good for your diet lowers your cholesterol. Broccoli also helps detoxify the body naturally. You can consume broccoli steamed. Broccoli is steamed more and better fiber content in appeal with broccoli in stir-fry or made soup.
- Guava

Steps : Wash 2 red guava fruit with water until clean, then peel and cut into sections, insert the cashew with a little water into the blender (you can add a little honey), pour the juice into the glass, and you are ready to enjoy it.

Interesting and great post! I recently posted about activated charcoal. This is about 3,000 years old and cures a lot of diseases. It also regulates cholesterol, appetite, amongst a lot of other things etc. Farma industry doesn't mention it because it can damage them and simply denies it! Check it out!
