VEGAN POWER BREAKFAST
As I sat huddled in front of the heater drinking my super power green smoothie, I realised I may need to come up with a new breakfast during these chilly winter months...so heres the first trial...vegan toasty porridge, and the best part, its so warm!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups whole oats
- 2 cups coconut water
- 1 cup water
- 1 banana
- 5 strawberries
- Sprinkle of Goji Berries
METHOD:
Place the oats, coconut water and water in a saucepan, stirring constantly, for 4 minutes.
Once creamy, place in a bowl and top with the sliced banana and strawberries. Sprinkle the goji berries, I added a little bit of cinnamon to mine too!!

Looks good. I just got done having almost 2 pounds in grapes for breakfast / lunch. So delious. I will have to give this a try myself.
