Morning
Today, as it was night shift duty, I have brought the Vegetables while coming back home from night shift duty at around 08:30 hrs. Covid has taught me the name of every vegetable that I was unaware of. In fact, it has been now a practice to buy vegetables every time in the morning right after the night shift duty (while coming back). I reached home at 09:00 hrs, Brushed and took shower hurriedly because the breakfast was ready. I had bhakti and tea as breakfast.
After breakfast, at around 10:00 Hrs, I relaxed for a while due to the horrible night shift, tried to read one or two pages of the book but alas, there was no mood of reading. As my homework 2 of session 3 was in middle, I brought my book The basis of bitcoin and blockchain by Antony lewis (had given him for reading) from my friend because I need to read about blockchain once again to finish my homework.
At around 11:30 hrs, I left the house and visited the flour mill for grinding raw Sorghum grains. While coming back, I had visited a barbershop to break the beard and for a haircut. As it was Sunday, It took a lot of time to get my turn. I reach home and had a shower again after a haircut.
It was 13:00 hrs by reaching home. As the lunch was being prepared, I started watching the pending BLACK WIDOW movie featuring Scalet Johnson on Hotstar. As the Lunch was presented after half an hour at 13:30 Hrs, I had to switch, helplessly, the Content I was watching to Wagle ki Duniya (wife Hates Hollywood movies) available only on Solyliv.

It was 14:00 Hrs after finishing the dinner. I kept watching the Wagle ki Duniya for a while and then moved to the bedroom. I started playing the Axie Infinity NFT game on mobile and played two-three arena games. After that, I fall asleep and woke up around 16:30 Hrs. As soon as I started working on crypto-academy homework, my friend call to visit some more newly made 3BHK homes in the nearby areas.
We both left the home at 17:00 hrs and visited several projects. I think the real-estate Market is booming. wherever we visited, the price per square foot was unbelievable (5500- 5500Rs/square feet). By looking at the price, I was like these guys are selling Gold and diamond made homes over here.
We keep visiting many projects until 19:00 hrs roughly and then reached home at around 19:30 Hrs. It was a great cloudy environment around while coming back home.
At home, Again I set myself against TV and start watching The Kapil Sharma Show's latest episode featuring Shershaah movie cast. As it was a fast day for her, I preferred to have fast food as diner today. There was a Farali Chevdo, Banana, Milk and wafers at the dinner today. We kept watching the show until it ends then wrapped it up for a day.

The real estate sector is one such industry that won't see a dip very easily. With increasing population, everyone needs a home of their own. And buying land and constructing a home is a painful affair these days. That's where real estate market comes in.

Real estate people are making people dumb considering they sell flats which they rebuy after 30 years due municipal laws of rebuilding property and so they buy it from same people and make profit again. Having bunglow a bit away from city is always the best option considering flats may appear social and good purchase but long term they are not worth it. But that's just my experience :)
