Namaste Guys
How are you all?
I hope everyone is safe and healthy.

Most IMP: Read a-h sentences below, it may change your life

MORNING

After a night shift duty, I came home at 08:15. Night shifts are horrible whether you work there the whole night or just relax the entire night at the workplace. You can't sleep fearlessly as you can sleep at Home. It affects the body so badly that you can't imagine. Due to sleep deprivation today, I was a little bit tired, exhausted, and feeling a bit dumb as well. I would like to tell you that if you are having a day duty job you are a lucky guy/girl. ok!! Forget about it now. So after reaching home, I freshened up, took a shower with the cool water, and then had breakfast. Subsequently, I started revisiting the book that I completed yesterday, which is "Money master the game by Tony Robbins. It was a long journey with Tony. Obviously, the book was so huge (650 pages) but I thoroughly enjoyed it. It took much of my time to complete it, though. Today, I have revised it until 12:00 hrs because I wanted to summery this book to you guys. it will surely help enrich your knowledge.

Money Master the Game by Tony Robbins is Finally Over

Read This At least

Below are the Things I have learnt From the Money Master the Game By Tony Robbins

(a) Investing your time in your health now is the First step towards being wealthy mentally and physically. What's the point if you are a billionaire but you are too Fat to even walk with your loved one.

(b) Invest in the Mutual fund that has the lowest expense ratio (below <0.6%). Most of the actively managed mutual funds (around 90%) take a high fee and couldn't beat the index funds in long term. Prefer Index Fund over the Actively managed Mutual fund.

(c) Have at least one Term Insurance for the earning member and health insurance for the entire family to support you and your family in the bad days.

(d) Plan your retirement corpus now. You should have at least one annuity plans Such as NPS or PRBS (in India), IRA or Roth-IRA (USA).

(e) Make your Portfolio perfectly balanced. You can't put all the eggs in one basket. My suggestion: Put 35% in debt mutual funds, 10% in Gold, 10% real estate investment trust (REITs), 30% in the stock market (10% USA, 10% India, 10% China), and 15% Crypto-Markets. The development of REITs is in the initial stage in India. so you can wait or ignore it as an investment asset for now. (Above suggestions are for an educational purpose only, study before you put your hard-earned money anywhere)

(f) You Must have some emergency fund for unplanned events such as losing a job, a loved one's death, accidents and etc. I would suggest open a separate bank account and SIP a few bucks every month to create a huge amount of emergency fund. Don't use that fund for fun, it for an emergency.

(g) In the era of technology, machine and human will merge in the future. The work you are doing today, probably, the machine will do it tomorrow. Be ready to learn new things otherwise, you will be thrown out of your company/organization/school/colleges like a bee from the milk. - A Bitter Truth Right?

(h) I have been touched most by the last top-notch chapter of this book named "The final Secret". It teaches the secret of living is GIVING. It says "you are not wealthy even though you have billions in your bank account until you help in feeding children suffering from hunger and the lack of education.

Though we all are earning quite a good amount of money (I'm sure about it) from our jobs, we never give a thought to the ART OF GIVING. After this, Even I have found a site where we can donate some money monthly like SIP and yes, we get a receipt of the donation that can be used to get tax exception as well. Visit it https://www.giveindia.org/.
So finally, after validation of the above website, I have taken a pledge to donate few bucks monthly. What about you?

AFTERNOON

It was 12:30 by then and we had lunch. Mangoes have been a part of breakfast, lunch, and dinner (sometimes) for the last few days. It's been fun.

After a power nap of 2 hours, we both decided to get out of the house. we all have been getting bored at home due to Corona. Thus today, we decided to visit nearby Beach "DUMAS". It is such a nice place to sit peacefully and enjoy nature. So we get set ready for the mini-trip towards DUMAS.

Ready for the Mini-trip

At 17:30, we reach nearby DUMAS beach. But due to Restrcion by the Government, entry was prohibited. I took picture of the Gate from where one can reach DUMAS Beach.

It was quite disappointing because we have come from far. Due to restriction, we moved here and there nearby, we visited One temple as well.

EVENING

While coming back to the city at 18:00 hrs, we have seen some cars across the road. You can't believe, people had found alternative ways to reach the DUMAS beach anyhow. There was Board clearly stating "ENTRY PROHIBITED " but we avoided it, I parked my bike and we moved towards the beach. Finally, we have seen DUMAS beach after a long time, we Sit too much far from people obeying COVID Guidelines. I have seen a lot of people there having fun together after a long time. It was a satisfying view. But due to the tauktae storm, small stores, shops, and tents were highly damaged.

But then unexpected happened, Police officers took all the people out from the beach and scold us about how we people are careless. We had a mask on, but one of the officers had no mask at all. How silly it was. Police have fined 500Rs/person to all people. I felt like this should not be done. Avoiding rules was our fault and we have paid for it, but what about the police who had no mask on his face? We keep mum and came back home at 20:00 hrs after such a silly scene.

After that bitter experience, my wife has put a smile on my face when she told me that there will be Pizza and Gulab Jamun at dinner. She often prefers Homemade foods and hates junk foods. Yes, it obviously took one and a half hours to prepare all this stuff but it was so much delicious. I know there is no match. I mean who eats Pizza with Gulab Jamun together? But who cares? We do what we like. LOL, Don't get offended friends. Moreover, We have watched the latest episode of Wagle ki Duniya during the delicious dinner. I don't know but the episode was all about the art of giving too. I was like God wants me to donate/give some bucks immediately. After a heavy dinner, we went up to the terrace for a light walk and then came back home at 23:00 hrs.

All and above, the day had a lot to learn like following rules, prepared a book summary for you guys, mini-trip, delicious dinner etc. It was a fruitful day for us. how was your day?

Have a great day ahead
Take Care

But people still ask a question such as what they will get in return if they live long beyond their term of insurance. @neelamroy07 thanks you for the attention
