Offgrid Living in Hawaii - Our Cucumber Harvest

Our Cucumber plants are producing like crazy.

We harvested these six monsters.

The one on the bottom left grew in the rocks so we had to cut out the middle part.

We use the Cucumbers in salad and pickle most of them Japanese style.
