Offgrid Investing - Our First Negative Feedback on eBay

We got our first negative feedback on eBay for a $1.49 purchase.

At first the buyer said the package was never received.

Then when we provided the USPS tracking showing it was delivered the buy said it was the wrong card.

The buyer send a picture of the card that was allegedly sent incorrectly and it was a picture of a higher dollar Super Rare.

We refunded the buyer anyway, and let the buyer keep the more expensive card, AND sent the buyer out the right cards.
