Fried Chicken for Dinner Tonight - Big Island Hawaii

We busted out our cast iron skillet and fired up the grill. We put some oil in the pan and the fire was super hot.

We coated the chicken with some flour and seasoning and put the chicken in the pan.

The sound of the chicken in the oil and the smell of the smoke and the chicken is awesome.

This is the best way to cook. Outside with the wind blowing and the sun shining.
