Fishing in the Rain - Another Humuhumu Ele Ele - Big Island Hawaii

I have sure been catching a lot of Humuhumu Ele Ele (Black Triggerfish) lately.

The good thing is that I ever had to live off the land I would always have food.

The meat of this fish is pretty good but it is a hassle to clean unless you have a sharp filet knife.

The skin is so hard you cannot clean this fish as easily as we clean the other fish we catch.

I will make a video of how to clean it one day.
