DIY - Our New Lot - Big Island of Hawaii

We are in escrow on our new lot on the Big Island of Hawaii.

It is around 7500 square feet and is in walking distance to the water.

The lot if totally flat and has some odd patterns in red cinder. We are not sure what the previous owner was trying to do.

We are deciding what to build here as to whether it will be a Tiny House or a small permanent house.
