Had Good Time Visiting Friend. Easy Weekend.

Went and visited my old pal in the other town who I tried to visit last night. It was a real good time! The weather was exceptionally nice today. Haven't had a warm day like this in forever!! So it was great just to have some relax time on the deck with him. My dear musician friend Jaas. We drank some beer, smoked up a storm, also smoked some weed. In was generally a great time!!

A couple more of his buds showed up at different times. Was good to have some others in the mix. It was just the perfect day and perfect time. I didn't talk much. Mainly just enjoyed the scene. He has a new daughter. So we all hung out inside before I left. Had some cozy time with his fam. I needed that. To just get out and be social for awhile. That's part of my stress is not getting out to be social enough. It is a hard one. Jaas is one of the only good friends I can get with. There are a few others around too.

It's helping me keep stoked for music and art in general. The social element is not so much for collaboration per se, could be even the joy of having something interesting to present and show to people you know. If it's good enough share it with the public as well. Glad my mood is lifting. It's about time. I'm still having some freak outs yet getting better at it/with it. I can feel the tension without exaggerating to myself. The situation has been allot to deal with in all these years. So I see it all as part of the journey and process I'm going through. Just as long as I keep moving, stay active, still have rest times too..to not get too depressed...just depressed enough!!

So now I will further embark on the journey of self discovery and outer communication with getting crafty with myself and seeing what I can come up with. Will have a cozy sleep here. Get to feeling breezy tomorrow. Try to get into that relaxed, fun creative mode. Then if it goes well I can turn up the energy a bit too.
