Hello to all Greeters,Curators and Country Representatives of Steem POD Team i hope you all are doing great.

I have noted that many of users are promoting their communities rather than guiding newcomer's, Its to notify that we will consider it as a spam Because you are indirectly spamming over new user's posts which causes our verification,rating Comments invisible to Curators, Creating further more Problems

Especially on these communities Steemit Nursery and NewComer's Community

As a Greeter i have been verifying many achievements this week and also found many people (Newcomers) getting worried about Upvotes, it has become necessary for me to tell them about the Rules that are implemented so they can work with patience.

According to the Rules,

• We all work as a Team now So i am not Just a Greeter of Pakistan but Verifier of Pakistani Achievements.
• For the Curation According to Roster updates I have got Wednesday's for Curation of Achievements.
• We have limmitations as curators so to give other curators a chance to curate eg: 10 Achievement 1 Post 5 Compilation Posts and around 20 Other Achievements. So Total around 35 Posts each curator per given day.
• Its troubling situation when we miss someone's achievement post as we have to give them alternative upvote on their recent post. So for NewComer's We try our Level best to not miss any of your Posts but still we have too many achievements in a day.
• We can use 80% Voting Power obviously it was important otherwise there would have no VP left for other curators.

We have getting almost average of 100 People Every Week (New Comers Joining From Pakistan)

I have got lots of Mentions that the people aren't getting Upvotes, I Really Apologize for that but I Can't, I Can't Go against the Rules we must have to Wait for Wednesday's to get you upvote.

Now we are allowed to curate
10 Achievement 1 Posts
20 - Other Achievements

but with this wonderful rule every curator gets chance of Curation.

Found 4-5 Users abusing the Achievement Program

We have seen different users were trying to cheat the system through there Fake Ids / Alternative Accounts which made us checking each and every post from head to toe ! that means we need not only to recognize their faces but also their writing styles to capture their cheating.

The funny part is we find mostly users doing plagiarism over Achievement 3 which is totally about Plagiarism !

though with the collaboration of Endingplagiarism we report every single plagiarist !

We can tolerate mistakes but not Cheating !

I still worry about those people as to why they try to cheat us when we are trying our best to give them our best.

Invitation for All New Comers to Sell For Steem After Their Achievement 1 Verification:

As you know in every community we must put certain rules and criteria in order to reduce community Abuse , System Abuse.

So, those Who are already Verified over Achievement 1 I Would invite them and all other Achievement verified users to Participate in The First Ever Physical Things Market Selling Community Sell For Steem

Why ?

We know that there are hundreds of sellers selling online on amazon,daraz and many other market places why shouldn't we make it over on to Steemit ? We all Can invite the Big Brands here to Steemit (Currently I am in talk with 2-3 Brands and i Hope with their Best Products we could boost the Price up ! )
