It took me over a month to close my account with then recently. Also, i provided ID as they pretty much forced my hand, otherwise i wouldn't have access to my funds, this was over a year ago, when my account was hacked, as soon as i went onto their troll box and told them my funds were being withdrawn as i was in the exchange. They kicked me out and locked my account. I had to then provide the ID, Also trust that they had managed to stop the transfer of BTC from my account, when i asked how it happened, they tried to blame my email being hacked, When i checked the logs, there was no access from any other IP address except mine., so what does that tell you.. To me this has got to be wrong on all levels. Additionally, i have the fear that someone will not be legit with my id documents. Albeit they are probably out of date anyhow. Good riddance!!
