Nuts have plenty of vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants which provide energy to our body, reduce the amount of harmful toxins in the body, increase the immune system. Nuts are extremely beneficial for heart disease. It reduces the amount of bad cholesterol in the blood. The nutrients present in the nuts also help in the proper development of the body. Nuts contain polyphenolsic antioxidants. It helps prevent heart disease, colon cancer, stroke, viruses and fungal diseases. Nuts contain Vitamin E and anti-oxidant which are beneficial for skin and hair. Nuts also help reduce body weight.

However, many nutrients are nutritious, but in many cases eating almonds it can be harmful for the body. Nuts are a fiber diet - so eating nuts can cause gas stomach problems, belly stomachs. Almond is a protein-rich food and as a Bengali, we accept proteins with fish, meat and pulses. So getting more protein can be risky for kidney disease. Almonds contain magnesium that prevents many drug operations. Many people playing almonds may cause allergic reactions. The taking of nutritious nut is very beneficial for health. So, eating a handful of your hands at least once a day can be eaten as lunch or mid-afternoon.
