I think you're right by getting other people on here.
But i think it's important too, to communicate how it works and that it's not just about making money but more about getting some value for your posts, trying to do better and better with each post and getting motivated by this great community and the value your getting.
It could come of wrong to some people i think when they get the wrong idea of it.
