What’s up DTube, My name is Harshil Patel and I want to talk about being a workaholic
So I got a comment from someone at the hostel: ‘It’s a Saturday, why are you working?’
To be honest, I have to be real and say that the comment made me feel shitty. I was editing a video that I really wanted to see completed. It wasn’t after I talked to my girlfriend that I realized that doing what I love doesn’t really mean I’m a work horse. It just means I’m loving life.
From the perspective of someone who is watching you love life…..
That person might see you as a workaholic because what you’re doing might not be relatable to what they like doing in life.
Everyone is different.
It’s the basic truth of this world.

Exactly, you are right. If you have big dreams then you have to put more work to achieve them. Sometimes it may happen that people who are surround you may not understand your future plans but you know , you are the one who knows that the hard work will pay off.
The same thing happened with us when we quit our 9-5 and started working for ourselves - but then the 9-5 turned into 6am-10pm, but we totally love it. It creates freedom, especially if you love what you are doing. Will pay off in the future sooo many times more. Best of luck and keep enjoying Prague.
Exactly!! It's hard to explain to those who work the 9-5. Like today, I took the whole morning and early afternoon off cause I just wanted to walk around in the sunny weather haha. Now I'm at the cafe working. I love every second of it.

Yeah same! But I think people like us knows how to take time to chill and enjoy life :)
I'm a workaholic! Be proud of it. There are not many people in the world who are willing to put the work in. You are inspiring on how passionate you are with what you do. We so need to connect but life keeps getting in the way. Me being a workaholic somes it up though. Start a new job soon and this will hopefully help giving me some structure!!
It is a blessing to be a workaholic because that's a sign of you having found what you love to do!
