Panzanella Tuscan Salad : Recipe

Panzanella is a Tuscan salad of vegetables and sauce-streaked pieces of stale bread. It can, like Caesar salad, will cope with the task of "attaching" a drying loaf.
Ingredients
For salad:
- baguette;
- 2 medium tomatoes;
- 1 medium cucumber;
- 2 Bulgarian peppers (yellow and red);
- 1 small purple bulb;
- 3 tbsp. l. olive oil;
- 3 tbsp. l. capers;
- 1 tsp. salts;
- Basil.
For refueling:
- 100 ml of olive oil;
- 1 tsp. garlic powder;
- 0.5 tsp. Dijon mustard;
- 3 tbsp. l. white wine vinegar;
- 0.5 tsp. salt and ground black pepper.
Cut bread into cubes and fry in olive oil until brown. Do not forget to salt. After that, put pieces of baguette on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Prepare the dressing by mixing all the ingredients for it together. Tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and peppers. In a large bowl, mix them, basil and capers (can be replaced with pickled cucumbers). Season with sauce and add croutons. Let the salad brew for about half an hour and serve on the table.
