Do you think it's possible for steemit to become a non-rewarding social media site like Facebook in the future?

I won't hope for such thing to happen and I don't think it's possible to such thing to happen because the main difference between steemit and Facebook is the "monetary reward system". Most people are making use of Steemit because of this important and great feature which is the reward and if the rewarding system is disabled, there chances of Steemit loosing their number of users.

Another important reason why this can't happen in the future is also because Steemit itself is a blockchain technology in which lots of decentralized Applications is built on. This implies that there are lots of projects depending and built on the steem blockchain and this may affect such projects if anything happens to Steemit.

In conclusion, I don't believe such thing will happen in the future because the rewarding system makes Steemit a unique and different platform from other social media networks. All you need to do is just to keep Steeming and keep earning more steemit tokens as your reward on the platform.
