I, Saipul, was remembered my friend at St. Catholics Elementary School. Yudit, his name Simon, the son of a prominent cleric in my village. He quite pious, and ever became the champion for reciting and reading of the Koran in my district, but unfortunately he had a bad habit when talking sometimes like to shout, especially often he idly shoves his mouth from behind and yells his friend's name to just greet and surprise the person he greeted.

At that time, every day when I went to school, I always picked up him, Simon, and his house was located in a neighborhood near a Jami Mosque. I always piggybacked on him using the Phoenix bicycle brand, the wind bike that is commonly owned by many people in that era. And as usual when I'm shriveled, Simon always chattered and talked at length and often he shouted near my ear.

"Pul ... Saipul, if you ride pull the pedal harder! Let this bicycle running fast ," Simon shouted near my ear, as usual.

"Yeah ... Mon ... This is another climb, I will let you ride this bike if you want running faster ," I looked back while replying to his shout.

I was annoyed with his habit, he always screaming near my ear when I piigibacked on him. It hurt and was shocked when he shouted near my ear. I want to shut his mouth, but I remember the message of my homeroom teacher, Mr. Agus, who always teaches not to get emotional easily when facing problems. He always reminds his students, there will be a right time to vent our emotions elegantly, not directly to the point but able to convey our purpose.

Simon, who at that time was still talking at length and half screaming along the way to school. Tired of feeling, I want this bike to come off so that it falls together. Suddenly I saw a trapping speed mound that we used to pass, I boosted my bicycle pedal, I accelerated the speed. Suddenly Simon yelled loudly warning me but yes that's how it was ... as usual shouting near my ear.

"Pul ... watch out there is a speed bump, watch it ... use your eyes Pul ..." he yelled as he took out an expletive swear.

I don't care about the scream and just passing through that speed bump.

Bammmmm! The sound of the bicycle body trembled because the tires collided hard with the speed bump. At the same time, I felt Simon falling from the bicycle, immediately I grabbed the bicycle brake tightly and immediately stopped the speed of my bicycle. I turned around to see Simon falling down while grimacing stroking his buttocks.

"Stupid... don't you use your eyes Pul, don't you see that the speed bump?"

"Are you intentional? Huh!" Simon whined, grimacing in pain.

"Ouch ... sorry Mon, I had tried to grab this brake, but I was shocked at your scream, so I was not able stopping this bike " I replied while pretending to show my regret. Luckily Simon wasn't hurt, only his face looked shocked.

"Next time if you want to say something, don't shout or yelling get near my ear, so I'm not shocked!" I went down from my bicycle to reach out my hand to help Simon wake up.

Since then, Simon rarely yelled near my ears, and miraculously he also changed his attitude, no longer screaming near the ears of people he would greet or fad shocking people through his shouts, even becoming more polite in behaving. So Mr. Agus's message has a point, control emotions at the right time with elegant ways without striking directly but effectively. (HPX)
