For those of you who live in the Greater Vancouver area in BC, Canada and like winning, this could be for you.
From Feb. 1 to 15, 2019 Tsawwassen Mills is celebrating Chinese New Year by giving out red bags. All you need to do is visit the Wishing Tree counter at entrance 3 and fill out your wish and you will receive a red bag. Inside that red envelope will be a chocolate gold coin and possibly a prize valued at up to $1,000.00!
