Steemitでは各ユーザーにResource Creditが割り当てられていて、投稿にしろコメントにしろ、何をするにもこのRCを消費します。残存RCが足りないと投稿やコメントができなくなりますが、時間がたてばRCがチャージされるので、また活動できるようになります。SteemPowerが増えていけばRCの持ち分も大きくなっていき制限にひっかからなくなりますが、手っ取り早くSteemPowerを購入してしまうのも手です。

You need to wait till your rc recharges or you can buy additional steem power which will increase rc as well
