MY HOMEMADE FISH and CHIPS! (4 ORIGINAL PHOTOS)
Hi Steemit! Today I made my homemade Cod and chips. So hot and simply delicious. It's the perfect dinner. Easy to make. Hope you Enjoy!!!!
I took 4 potatoes and cut them in french fry size and dropped them into the deep fryer for about 15 minutes. Take them out and drain on clean paper towel to take away excess grease.
I bought a small piece of fresh cod and cut into 2 pieces. I made a beer batter for the fish. I dipped the cod into the batter and dropped them into the fryer for about 20 minutes. When cooked and golden brown. Remove from your deep fryer set on clean paper towel to take the excess grease from the fish.
And here we are delicious golden brown fries and fresh Cod. Your ready for dinner. I hope you Enjoy!
