A Nation's Development Depends Heavily on its Human Resources

Welcome to my new blog. Hopefully you spent a much better day today. Today I will talk about a new topic with you. It is very important for any country. A country that can use these resources well will prosper. This resource is human resources.
So, I am starting my writing with Eid wishes.
Currently the population of the world is about 800 crores. Every country has more or less of these human resources. But only having people is not wealth. Turning this person into a resource is a human resource. That is, a nation becomes a resource by making it in a proper educational or practical way for the development of the country. That is why we see that countries with fewer people are currently progressing more. And the countries which have more population are known as developed countries. So it is not enough to have population, it has to be used.
Telling how this nation can be turned into wealth. Everyone should know about the necessity of technical education as well as textbook education from childhood. Uneducated people can be given different training. For example: fish farming, bee farming, vegetable farming, fruit gardening, cattle and goat rearing etc. To employ the youth, they can be trained in various subjects like: freelancing, driving, electrician etc. So the participation of educated people is not only necessary for the development of a country but also the participation of common people is very necessary. It will be good for the country if the competent person is appointed.
Currently in Bangladesh government as well as many private organizations have taken many steps to make this youth society skilled. That is why Bangladesh is progressing. On the contrary, as a result of using the youth, the unsafe aspects of the society are diminishing. That is why the government should aware of this aspect.
