日料心头好,大渔铁板烧 | Daily Food Photography
“大幅大运,渔福恩泽于万民”。东瀛的渔民出海打鱼起锚前会有一个仪式,升悬“大渔”旗,期盼渔业丰收,生活富足,平安健康。据说这是大渔铁板烧名字的由来。
When the fishermen in Japan go fishing down to the sea, there is a ceremony, hanging over the "big fishing" flag, to expect the fishing harvest, comfortable safe and healthy life. It is said that this is the origin of the name of the Big Fish Teppanyaki.
和家人聚餐,专程去鹅夫人被告知鹅已经卖完了,辗转到了隔壁的大渔铁板烧,龙湖时代天街的大渔比较新,环境比较干净,有几桌大桌围绕在铁板边上,也有独立的小桌,服务员换餐盘还是挺积极的,不过态度是一贯的冷淡,自助是188/人,小盆友半价。推荐刺身跟鹅肝,三文鱼口感细腻,北极贝很新鲜,鹅肝搭配的是鱼籽跟芒果,入口也很嫩滑。招牌的鳕鱼排,有点偏甜。
The spring festival is coming, and the it is time for family dinner. We planned to ‘goose lady’ for supper, but we were told that all the gooses have been sold out. Then we went to big fishing Teppanyaki next door. The environment there is relatively clean.
