Project Details

JabRef is an open source bibliography reference manager. In my opinion, this open-source, cross-platform citation and reference management tool could help people collect and organize sources, find the paper needed and discover the latest research. And the desktop application works on Windows, Linux and Mac OS X.

JabRef is available free of charge and is actively developed. It helps a lot in research work. The key features of the application are Collect, Organize, Cite and Share.

The translation I am working on is the JabRef_en.properties.

This is the second time I started the translation on the project. There are some professional phrases that I cannot figure out the exact translation, though I have read about this desktop application on Github many times. @aafeng helped a lot. During the translation, I have learned a lot about Open Source, and some terms that would mean different in programming, like ‘field’, 'journal' and 'proceedings'.

Created last December, the source language of this project is in English and the total Words need to be translated is 7,375 words. This is my second submission, total 1,078 words done, and this project is 100% translated now.
