World of Women: World of Women is a collection of 10,000 Generative Profile Picture Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) available in Key, created using 200 hand-drawn visual assets by artist and co-founder Yam Karkai. Basically the main and original goal of this project is to establish a diverse, pluralistic and positive community that actually encourages women to explore opportunities in the Web3 space.The project has expanded into various media efforts and outreach through community memberships, exclusive airdrops, token-gated events, and participation on the project's governing board. History of World of Women: The World of Women NFT project was founded by a group of four friends namely Yam Karkai, Rafael Malaviel, BBA and Toomai.The team has since expanded to nine members. Yam Karkai, a freelance digital artist, is the primary artist behind the project and designed each piece of digital art for the collection.The World of Women NFT collection was launched on July 27, 2021 by co-founders Yam Karkai and Raphael Malavielle. The collection, consisting of 10,000 unique NFTs, sold out in about 10 hours during its public sale.
