Today's Feature Exercise is a Squat Jack with a Seated Hammer Curl This is a Weighted Cardio Exercise that will Burn Calories and Build Lean Muscle at the Same Time. It's the Best of Both Worlds!

Trainer Tips

  • Hold Single Dumbbell at your Collarbones with your Feet Together
  • Jump Wide and Sit Down, Keeping the Weight in your Heels and Posture Tall
  • Stay Seated (Thighs at Parallel to the Ground) and Perform a Hammer Curl
  • Lift and Lower the Weight with Lots of Control

Try Out with 20lbs Since you Workout Regularly. This is More Meant to Burn Out your Legs Rather Than to Build your Biceps, However it is Important to Take your Time in the Seated Position to Lift and Lower the Weight with Control. Hope you Enjoy it!

Ok, i understand, so the whole exercise is based on legs and there is making the diference to stay longer in the seated position:)

This is an interesting exercise. The slower you do that curl the more the legs are gonna burn!
