Using the swiss ball pass from your hands to feet visa versa. Big lift under your upper back leading with your eyes, chest, chin up to the ceiling. Keep your legs long and lower close to the floor without touching. Be prepared this ball of air gets really heavy!!!

Engaging the glutes and abs, lift the hips up from the floor. Use your outstretched arms for stability—you'll feel wobbly! "

Thanks for sharing, static holds for core training are great and often overlooked when an individual decides to do abs in a workout.
