Body Transformation - Bodyweight Training 039

Back in 2011 I was 'Skinny Fat' if you haven't heard of this term before, it means that I was skinny and soft with no muscle definition. At that time the only thing I did for exercise was cardio and I weighted 116lbs. Now the photo on the right is 6 yrs later still weighing the exact same amount. All I did was replace the fat on my body with lean muscle.

In 2012 I began strength training and only did cardio occasionally, perhaps 2x a month? So for 6yrs I lifted weights for my exercise, training in the manor that a bodybuilder would. Each day of the week I would do only 1 muscle group for the entire 1 hour long workout.

So, my week would be something like this..

Monday - Butt/Hamstrings
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Biceps
Thursday - Tricep/Abs
Friday - Shoulders

I'm sharing with you this outdated transformation photo because I am planning on adding a 3rd body composition transformation onto this sequence with Only Bodyweight Training! Hence the Series that you are reading right now, were on post #039 and I started it Jan 1, 2018.

I like the 1st one and will prefer the first condition for women, She looks adorable in a soft body. :)

Both photos above are me and pretty much polar opposites when it comes to body types. If I were to guess what condition my body will become with 100% bodyweight training I would say my body will be somewhere 1/2 way between the 2 photos above :)

You look fabulous in both of pictures, your body is a dream figure of a lot of young generation.
