My first trip - Thailand #2: The first flight!
I will show you guys the feelling of a newbie. This is the first time I travelled by airplane and also the first time I went abroad. Everything was new and special with me, from airport, airplane to moving walk,....
You guy cannot imagine how much curious I felt when going inside the plane, how much nervous I felt when it took off and landed down, how much excited I felt when flying over clouds. The gray sky I saw from the ground gradually vanished when I went up high enough. The sky was extremely blue. That was a kind of blue I have ever seen in my life. The clouds looked like cotton candy and it totally fit with the lovely blue. The perfect combination of colors made me stunned for a second. I really excited and kept sticking with plane window and seeing it.
Everything was awesome even though my ears were hurt and felt like carsick a little bit. You guys may think I am exaggrating about it. But you know what, this experience is super great with the girl stucking in a backward country like me. So, understand me if I am a little excited.
But the biggest problem was customs check. This was the first time I went abroad so I worried about how to get through customs to entry Thailand. Because I was heard that Thailand is tightenning with immigration of Vietnamese people, especially the first time immigrants. That is why I was extremely nervous. But it was not as I thought. People came from country of ASEAN even have a separate line. All procedures were really fast and simple.
And now I am in Thailand. Tadaaaaa.
If you dont have a passport, get one. Turn off your phone, take some days off, pack your bag and move. Our life is limited and the world is immense. Take the opportunities to give yourself a break and explore the world around you. It won't always be easy, but it will be worth it.
Yeah. I am a little girl just want to see the bigger world. Hello the world, this is the first step I jump out of my well. Hope you welcome me. ^^
Love, HB

I'm sorry for seeing your post that late. I was busy in these days. I was waiting for your post about Thailand for long time. I think you're so lucky to live in a country like Vietnam. Because it's near to everywhere except Europe and USA lol. And it's visa free to lots of countries, so if you had time, I think you should fly to more countries. Especially I want to visit Singapore, hope you go there too so I can see it on your posts hehe. Am I selfish? Maybe yes, but I think it's great to read your posts already. And now you wrote about my favorite topic, travel.
Anyways I think Thailand is beautiful country, but I still prefer to go to Vietnam instead of Thailand. I want to give you an idea about Steemit post. I think you should compare bubble tea in Thailand with bubble tea in Vietnam. I drank my bubble tea first time in Vietnam because we don't have it in Turkey. But I kinda like it. Actually I like everything that's made by milk even it's condensed milk. Plot: I didn't see any condensed milk in Turkey as well, maybe that's why we don't have it here.
I know I'm changing topics so fast when I started to one. lol. I hope you guys have fun in there. By the way there's an idiom here: "True friends always say the painful truth." So I want to tell you this truth that you look short in photo. But here's a trick for it that you can tell your friend to take photo like Asian (not racist here). I mean photographer should take photo from ground and they have to kneel like they pressed on "C" in Call of Duty games. Tell it to him, if you don't understand, he will understand I'm sure. And sometimes he has to press "ctrl" key. But be careful with distance, don't let him take from near.
Hope to see more posts from you about your trip.
hahaa. thank for your tip. I think my partner should learn from you how to take a good photo. =)))
and thank for giving me some suggestions. It sounds good in deed.
I know Steemit is facing with a lot of problems now. Hope all of us can keep writing. Hope to see your posts too.
Great sharing your first experience. It is great seeing more and more people able to travel. Are you going to be in Thailand long? You must taste the Ice Cream Rolls-they are great!!!! Banana and Chocolate was our favorite mix!
