My Journal

It took me days until I found this nice journal. I am a bit picky and a journal is like a soulmate. I want to feel happy and excited whenever I see it to start writing. I chose a violet pen for the first time after years of using blue and black pens. I wanted everything to be different this time.

Why I keep a Journal
As I said in one of my previous blogs, a journal is a good friend. I can share my thoughts and experiences with it, without being judged. It keeps me positive and helps me reconnect with my goals and missions. Some how it keeps my productivity high and keeps me happy. Writing in a journal allows me to record my daily progress. That makes me feel strong, joyful and inspired. I love to write about every new thing I gained to keep myself motivated. It makes me feel like I am making progress and want to do more in the future.

I record every new thing I learn and every information I find useful. I am very much interested in ancient history and philosophy. Whenever I listen to an audio-book I record everything I learned from it and information that I can use or research in the future. I love to record my blessings and my new habits. I avoid writing about my worriers, so that I wont see the problems bigger than they really are. Also writing helps me a lot releasing these worries. I write only about the happy moments and the goals I have achieved. Because the aim of it is happiness and motivation :)
