A boring day that turned out well

I started the day with excitement knowing that I will have a nice coffee in the office. I think the coffee itself is enough to keep me energetic and jump out from the bed following my goal "The Coffee". Nothing special about it. Just a normal filter coffee, but if you are a coffee drinker you will understand what I mean :)

Less work made me feel a bit bored, but had more time to read some posts here and get engaged in some discussions. A lot of cats and nice food to see here as usual :) Then I had to think twice about going to the gym. My mind tells me I need to work out and not miss any exercise, while my muscles scream of tiredness. Finally I decided to go and one colleague was pushing me to go as well. I am glad I made that decision, because yes I was tired and maybe lazy, but once I reached there I had the coach beside me to push me work harder.

Thats how we take other decisions in our life as well. We have the idea, be excited then let it go. Instead of working hard for it we just give up from the beginning and regret it later. Maybe work out teaches us the discipline and how to fight against our lazy self. Just one step further can change our future. I feel really excited already dreaming about my future body and muscles. It isnt just an idea anymore, but a dream, a goal that I already see it happening whenever I close my eyes. Now I will let Law of Attraction do the job, because the faith and excitement are already there :D
