Which of your wolves are most fed?
A grandpa of the Cherokees was talking with his grandson:
"There's a fight going on inside of me," he tells the boy.
"It's a terrible fight between two wolves.
A wolf is evil and he is ugly.
He is anger, envy, war, greed, self-pity, sorrow, regret, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, selfishness, and arrogance.
The other wolf is beautiful and good: he is friendly, cheerful, peaceful, affectionate, hopeful, serene, humble, kind, just and compassionate.
This same struggle is happening inside you and within every human being. "
"But Grandfather!" Exclaims the grandson, "which one will win?"
The old man looked at his grandson and replied, "The one you feed."
