Katakat the super mash
I recently came across a food street in Karachi, the odors of dishes could be detected from a long distance. Yesterday I decided to visit this food street and try out the famous "Katakat". It is made from a mixture of brain, liver, lungs, testicles, heart, kidney and lamb chops mixed with butter..
The main attraction of the dish is the sound made by the chief, while hitting the spoons on the metal pan making a "Kat Kat " sound which derives the name of the dish. This dish is rich in protein and is a very tasty one if you are a spice lover like me.
