Weight gain results in contract breach for K-pop Star

K-pop star Kim Tae-woo has gained back weight after using the weight loss company, Juvis, to slim down. The problem is he had a contract with Juvis to maintain a certain weight for one year. A judge recently ruled Kim Tae-woo must pay back half of the contract earnings to Juvis because he breached the agreed upon arrangement.
