Rainbow tables will probably be a bigger problem than this robot since they are available to anyone and this robot isn't if you ain't got the skills to build one.
But yeah AI has evolved so much in the past few years it's amazing, also remember that you password safety depends on how much resources the person that is after it has so if you where to hide your password on a big safe someone would need the combination or some explosives or thermal cutters.
So security relies on how good you can protect yourself and how much resources you have to spare to possible attacks.

What you mean steem ? if so yeah because rainbow tables generate hashes based on the password so a brute force attack that could take years would probably take days. hours, or even minutes.....
