Green Arrow and Green Lantern start on an investigation that a rich man, Browden, is selling drugs. They come into a couple junkies home, and Green Arrow finds his ward, Roy Harper there, but he assumes Roy is investigating as well. But, later, when Ollie goes into Roy's room he finds Roy shooting up.
