Doctor-patient relationships are always a very sensitive and delicate relationship in all countries. Human dependence on doctors is so much that many times it is said that Doctor is next to God.

But where the dependency is high, sometimes there may be intense problems in the crisis of confidence. Recently, when a Dhaka University student died in blood cancer, there was an attack on doctors and vandalism in the clinic. Occasional attacks on doctors on complaints of 'misbehavior', 'negligence', and even 'wrong treatment' are happening in treatment. Why this misunderstanding? How will it be resolved?

Above all, the complaint of the patient and their relatives will be conveyed to the public by ensuring a fair neutral investigation of BMDC and ensuring justice. If the public can see that there is a right institution to remedy, then the tendency of withdrawal of the law may be reduced. And doctors can be trained on psycho-social techniques of 'conflict resolution' to handle critical situation.
